Minimum Order Quantity
- For peshtemals, minimum order quantity is 10 per each color.
- For blankets and throws, minimum order quantity is 5 per each color.
- For more color options, please check if they have color charts on the product pages. If not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for more color options.
- Private labeling and packaging are subject to additional payment. Minimum order quantity will be applied. Please email us at email@example.com for more information.

Shipping & Delivery
- Hiera’s Loom ships orders out between 2-10 business days depending on the quantity.
- Buyer is responsible of the shipping cost.
- Hiera’s Loom is working with DHL or UPS whichever gives the best service and price to the destination point. Therefore, please be assured that the shipping cost will be minimal.
- We will provide a tracking number via e-mail as soon as we ship the item(s) out. Please track your order on the website of our shipping partner to see where your order is.
- Hiera’s Loom is not responsible for duties, storage fees or any local expenses in your country.
- Any delays due to the unexpected conditions will be advised to you in advance.

- If you are not satisfied with any of Hiera’s Loom products, you have right to return them within 12 days of products arrival. Please kindly note that you, the buyer, will be responsible for shipping back charges. For further assistance regarding returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Hiera’s Loom has a right to refuse late refund requests. Late refund refers to the refund requested later than 12 days of products arrival.
- If you request an exchange of any of Hiera’s Loom products, you have right to exchange them within 12 days of products arrival. You, buyer, will be responsible for all shipping charges. - If you receive defected products, please email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, no later than 7 days. After we receive the pictures, our team will get back to you shortly. After the approval of our team, you may either get your money back or may get a store credit for your next order.
